accommodation & transportation
For category B and C, the groups may request for accommodation.
The organizing committee will provide the accommodation subject to availability and based on first-come, first-served basis (RM7.50 - laundry charge).
Please be informed that the organizing committee will use hostels in UiTM Cawangan Perak, Tapah Campus for students’ and supervisors’ accommodation.
The universities or schools which the student represent must provide their own transportation throughout the event.
The distance to the event location is approximately 45 km (50-minute drive).
Announcement
The application of accommodation during the online registration has been approved. Here are the details:
Date available : 14th to 16th August, 2018 (Tuesday until Thursday)
Location: Universiti Teknologi Mara, Perak Branch, Tapah Campus, 35400 Tapah Road, Perak Darul Ridzuan (Gamma A (for female participants) & Gamma B (for male participants)
Check-in date: 14 August 2018
Check-in time: Office hours (8 am to 5 pm)
Check-in venue: Zeta Building, College Management Unit (Pejabat Pengurusan Kolej), Ground Floor.

**There will be no "bedding set" provided for the stay. All participants are advised to bring their own bed sheet (single size) and pillow.
**For non-UiTM Perak participants, transportation from the hostel to the event venue will not be provided, please arrange for own transportation.
